CONSTRUCTION LEGAL SERVICES
Construction and building projects are always subject to dispute.
When a project is awarded a contractor, manufacturer or supplier, are bounded by standard, duty and obligation in terms of an agreement or a contract.
These contracts are specifically drafted to protect the interests of all contracting parties.
With more than 20 years’ experience in the construction and building environment, all contracts reach some sort of impasse, due to two factors. Firstly, contracting parties do not read the agreement or contract; and secondly the contracting parties do not act and apply the provisions of these agreements or contracts correctly.
